We provide a stress-free moving support experience designed to simplify every stage of your transition. Our services are offered individually or as a complete package, giving you the freedom to choose exactly the level of support you need. Before moving day, we help clients declutter, pack, and organize, ensuring only what truly matters makes the move. After you’ve arrived, we unpack, declutter, and thoughtfully organize your new space, creating systems that feel functional, comfortable, and immediately livable. Services are scheduled by dedicated service days rather than hourly limits, allowing our team to work efficiently and without pressure. Clients select their preferred start date, and we customize the number of days required based on the scope of the project and the home’s needs. Our approach is personalized, detail-driven, and flexible, turning what can be an overwhelming move into a smooth, organized, and welcoming new beginning.
Cancellation Policy
We look forward to bringing you incredible services and working with you to make your space feel and look its best! To ensure I can provide the best service to all clients and reserve time specifically for your project, the following cancellation policy applies: **24-Hour Notice Required** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with **at least 24 hours’ notice** prior to the scheduled start time, without penalty. **Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)** Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **within 24 hours of your appointment** will result in a **late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service time**, and this fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your prepaid package. **No-Shows** If you are not available at the scheduled time and I am unable to access the home or begin work within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a **no-show** and will be charged **100% of the scheduled service fee**. **Rescheduling After a Late Cancellation** Late cancellations may be rescheduled, but the late cancellation fee still applies. A new appointment time will be offered based on availability. **Emergency Exceptions** I understand that true emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion. By booking an appointment with Organized by Kelly, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
